At Immitas , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
Return
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact in the same condition as received.
 - Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at immitas.help@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, After that Return window will be closed. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
 - Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
 
Steps to Request a Return:
- Email us at immitas.help@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and pictures of the product if applicable.
 - Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
 - Once approved, ship the product back to us at the provided return address.
 
Refund Policy
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 - If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday)
 - Shipping charges (if any): Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
 - In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide bank details during the return process.
 
Exchange/Replacement Policy
- Eligibility: An unboxing video is mandatory for missing, wrong, damaged or defective Products to claim a Replacement, If any Products is missing, wrong, damaged or defective from your order, an unboxing video is mandatory to claim a Replacement, Without an unboxing video we cannot accept the missing, wrong, damaged or defective products claim.
 - Exchange: if you received the missing, wrong, damaged or defective products, You must take a unboxing video and 2 photos of the package and submit it via e-mail at immitas.help@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. The Exchanges must be placed within 24 Hours of receiving your order. After that Exchanges window will be closed. 
 - Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at immitas.help@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and the item you wish to exchange it for.
 - Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we get back our articles at the warehouse, a proper quality check will be done. After quality analysis, we will promptly ship out the replacement.
 - Exchanges Shipping: Exchanges or Replacement shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
 - In case the product goes out of stock, We do not offer refund in exchange and replacement, if the products are out of stock then we will replace them with other products.

Warranty Policy
- Our imitation jewellery Products are covered under 0 to 6 months warranty from the date of purchase.
 - Warranty Coverage:  Fading, tarnishing due to usage.
 - Warranty Excluded: normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage.
 - Warranty Claim Process: Claims must be submitted within the warranty period, Customers are required to provide the original purchase invoice and clear images of the product defect, Warranty requests can be raised via our official email at immitas.help@gmail.com
 - Warranty Exclusions: if any part of the jewellery is lost, it will not be eligible for warranty coverage
 - Resolution Options: Repair of the defective product (if possible), If repair is not possible then we will issue you a 50% voucher of the products value (excluding shipping cost), voucher valid for 1 month.
 - Important Notes: Shipping charges ₹120 for returns, exchanges, replacement or warranty are to be borne by the customer.
 - Warranty claim: Each product is eligible for one warranty claim only within the warranty period.
 - Jewellery Care: Avoid harsh chemicals: Keep your jewellery away from cosmetics (hairspray, lotion, perfume), household cleaners, and chlorine. These chemicals can damage the metal and gemstones. Clean regularly: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently remove dirt and dust after each wear. Store properly: Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place when not in use. Option for fabric-lined jewellery boxes or pouches to prevent scratching. Separate pieces to avoid tangling or scratching each other. Special care for certain materials: Some gemstones require special care. For example, crystal can be damaged by harsh chemicals and should be wiped with a damp cloth only. Always refer to the care instructions provided with your specific piece.
 
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
 - To cancel an order, contact us immediately at immitas.help@gmail.com
 - We cannot cancel your order once dispatched or shipped.
